6. Administration — Approval — Authorize the City Manager to execute a three (3) year software and support agreement with ESRI, Inc., for the City’s Geographic Information System software for a total of $329,700 plus tax, payable at $109,900 each year.
7. Police Department — Approval — Res. 26-___, Amending the 2026-2027 Budget for the Police Department to reflect the grant award in the amount of $114,625.00; and authorize the Police Chief to execute the 2026-2027 Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Fund Agreement with the Department of California Highway Patrol.

General Services - Approval - Res. 26-____, Approving a Side Letter Agreement with the Clovis Police Officers Association (CPOA) for Participation in the Peace Officers Research Association of California (PORAC) Retiree Medical Trust (RMT), and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Joiner Application between CPOA, the City, and PORAC.

Consider Approval - Res. 26-___, SPR2026-008, A Resolution of the City Council adopting a Class 32 Categorical Exemption from further environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act and approving a site plan review for the site layout and design of the new City of Clovis Alternate Dispatch Center and associated site improvements located at 2288 Encino Avenue. 12. Planning and Development Services – Approval – Final Acceptance for Final Map for Tract 6268, located on the east side of Clovis Avenue, south of Riordan Avenue (Continental Estates Clovis, LLC).
