Consider Adoption - Ord. 26-06, R2024-002, An ordinance of the City Council approving a rezoning of 15 parcels instead of the originally requested 20 parcels from various zone districts to the R-3 (Multi-family High Density) and R-4 (Multi-family Very High Density) zone districts. (Vote: 4-1, with Mayor Pro Tem Pearce voting no)
8. Administration - Approval – Request from California Classic Cares for Temporary Closure of Streets Located Adjacent to the California 9/11 Memorial to Hold a 5K Event on September 5, 2026.
9. Consider items associated with Ordinance Amendment 2026-002 and the Multiple-Family Residential Design Standards. City of Clovis, applicant. a.
