Consider Approval - Res. 26-____, AC2026-001, A Resolution of the City of Clovis making findings and a determination that the project is exempt from further environmental review under CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15183; and to authorize a Certificate of Tentative Cancelation for a<span style="margin-left:0in;"><span style="margin-left:0in;"> ±1.16-acre portion of 12.5 acres under </span></span>Land Conservation Contract No. 4826, for property located near the south side of E.   3. Police Department — Approval — Res. 26 -___, Authorizing the Police Chief to execute the 2026-2027 Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control Alcohol Policing Partnership grant agreement; and amend the Police Department budget to reflect the award of $79,000.00.
  4. Finance - Approval - Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to Enter into a Participating Agreement with U.S. Bank to Participate in the State of California CAL-Card Purchasing Card Program.
