1. Authorize the City Manager to sign Amendment #2 with Verdanta for V-ditch cleaning services, extend the contract from August 20, 2026 to June 30, 2027, and increase the "not to exceed" limit to $300,000; this is an increase of $60,000 for V-ditch cleaning services for FY2026-27.
2. Appoint Craig Blythe, City of Clayton Public Works Director, General Manager of the Oakhurst Geological Assessment District, and Appoint Melissa Rhodes, City of Clayton City Clerk/Assistant to the City Manager, Secretary of the Oakhurst Geological Assessment District
3. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider Adopting Resolution No. 32-2026 Confirming Assessments and the Ordering the Annual Levy and Collection of Assessments for Fiscal Year 2026/27 within the Oakhurst Geologic Hazard Abatement District
