- Award of a Construction Contract to Bay Cities Paving and Grading, Inc. from Concord, CA in an amount not to exceed $2,383,114 for the 2026 Clayton Neighborhood Street Rehabilitation Program (CIP Project No. 2026P)
- Authorize the City Manager to sign Amendment #1 with Bel Air Mechanical, Inc. to extend the contract from July 16, 2026 to June 30, 2027, and increase the "not to exceed" limit to $60,000; this is an increase of $40,000 for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance and repair services for FY2026-27.
- Authorize the City Manager to sign Amendment #1 with Verdanta for weed abatement services, extend the contract from August 20, 2026 to June 30, 2027, and increase the "not to exceed" limit to $240,000; this is an increase of $120,000 for weed abatement services for FY2026-27.
- Authorize the City Manager to Sign Amendment #1 with Brightview Tree Service, Extending the Term of the Contract to June 30, 2027, and increasing the Not to Exceed Amount to $240,000, this is an increase of $120,000 for tree trimming and removal services for FY2026-27.
- Introduction of Ordinance No. 504, Adding Section 2.02.040 to the City of Clayton Municipal Code, Under Title 2 Administration and Personnel Chapter 2.02 – General Municipal Election, Relating to the Electronic Filing of Fair Political Practices Commission Campaign Disclosure Statements
- Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider Approval of Resolution No. 28-2026 on the Proposed Annual Levy of Assessments for the Diablo Estates at Clayton Benefit Assessment District for Fiscal Year 2026/27
- Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider Adopting Resolution No. 29-2026 to Call a General Municipal Election and Consolidate with the Statewide General Election to Extend the term of the Landscape and Maintenance District (LMD) until June 30, 2037 and the Levy of Assessments based on a Revised Rate and Method of Apportionment (RMA) for the existing LMD and setting rules and deadlines for submittal of arguments for and against the tax measure
- Adopt Resolution No. 31-2026 Approving the Engineer’s Report and Proposed Assessments for the Operation & Maintenance of Streetlights in the Streetlight Assessment District for Fiscal Year 2026/27
- Appoint Council Members to an Ad Hoc Committee to Author Direct and Rebuttal Arguments for the Landscape and Maintenance District (LMD) extension to June 30, 2037 and the revised Rate and Method of Apportionment of the assessment for the November General Election Ballot.
- Adopt Resolution No. 26-2026 Revising the City of Clayton's Appropriations (Gann) Limits Applicable During Fiscal Year 2025-26 and Approving the City's Gann Limit for Fiscal Year 2026-27
- Adopt Resolution No. 27-2026 Adopting the 2028 Neighborhood Paving Project for Fiscal Year 2027-28 Funded by <em>SB 1: The Local Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017</em> for Submission to the State to Access Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) funds
