2. 2 PURSUANT TO THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA'S EXECUTIVE ORDER N-29-20, AND IN THE INTEREST OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY, MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND STAFF MAY PARTICIPATE IN THIS MEETING VIA TELECONFERENCE. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EXECUTIVE ORDER, THE PUBLIC MAY SUBMIT COMMENTS ONLINE AND NOT AT CITY HALL. HOW TO SUBMIT COMMENTS: Visit the online eComment portal to comment on the item listed below at: https://chulavista.granicusideas.com/meetings. Public comments for this meeting are limited to the item described on this agenda. The commenting period will be open shortly after the agenda is published and will remain open until Friday, May 29, 2020, at 10:00 AM.
