RESOLUTION NO. 2020-187 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA (1) APPROVING THE 2020/21 U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT SPENDING PLAN FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT, HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM, AND THE EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANT; (2) AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HER DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS WITH EACH SUBRECIPIENT; AND, (3) AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HER DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE ANY AND ALL HUD DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE GRANTS
