INFRASTRUCTURE WORKSHOP Update by staff on the condition of the City's infrastructure within each of the asset management systems (Building, Drainage, Fleet, General Government, Open Space, Parks, Roadway, Urban Forestry, and Wastewater). Staff also will update the City Council on public outreach efforts and engagement, public comment and survey feedback regarding the City's infrastructure and present a recommendation for placing a funding initiative on the November 2016 ballot.
