The following individuals received two or more nominations to be interviewed on November 10, 2015, were subsequently interviewed on November 17, 2015, and may be appointed to fill the remaining vacancy: Alice Chaisongkram, Thomas Doyle, Linda Navarro, Thom Nehring, David Olivera, Leslie Pham, and John Zarem.
