4. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with the County of Santa Barbara to participate in the Community Hazardous Waste Collection Program, providing household hazardous waste collection services to Carpinteria residents and qualifying businesses. (Requires a roll call vote.)
5. Authorize the purchase of 30 standardized trash receptacles from Forms+Surfaces in an amount not-to-exceed $85,749.21. (Requires a roll call vote.)
6. Consideration of Resolution No. 6494 approving a Citywide Sponsorship Policy.
7. Presentation of the Carpinteria Community Pool Fundraiser Kickoff.
