- (1) Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with 19six Architects for continued architectural and engineering design services for the Carpinteria Community Pool Improvements Project, increasing the total agreement amount by $111,000, from $275,000 to an amount not to exceed $386,000; and (2) An appropriation is needed in Account 301-403-5280 – Major Capital Projects (expenditure) in the amount of $111,000, offset by an appropriation in Account 301-403-4390 – Private Grants (revenue) in the amount of $111,000. There is no net impact to the General Fund. (Requires a roll call vote.)
