Ordinance No. 425 is for Specific Plan Amendment 23-01 and Zone Change 23-01, amending the previously approved 2017 Specific Plan for the 1,463.1-acre property to provide for the orderly development of a property through compliance with site-specific development standards that are consistent with the intent and policies of the General Plan.
