Of the 135 new housing units, 27 units will be deed-restricted affordable to low-income households.
3. 3 Consideration of modification(s) to the City's Story Pole Requirements to allow story poles to be removed early for a proposed 135-unit housing project at 3831 Orchid Ln (APN: 2063-034-037 and APN: 2063-034-038).
