- <strong>CONTINUED - PUBLIC HEARING: Baylands Subarea; Development Agreement 2026-DA-01;</strong> Development Agreement for the Brisbane Baylands Specific Plan that will address vested rights of the Baylands Specific Plan and define public benefits offered in exchange the project's vested development rights; Baylands Development Inc., applicant; Sunquest Properties, majority owner; see Attachment B for a complete list of owners. A Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) has been prepared for this project in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
