The audit should identify available rebates, incentives, and grant funding opportunities.
  12. Approve Final Parcel Map No. 84176 to subdivide one (1) 0.528 acre lot into two (2) lots to facilitate the construction of one (1) new two-story single-family home at 3412 Baldwin Park Blvd.
