2. 2 Recommendation : Staff recommends that the Planning Commission affirm the August 7, 2026 Notice of Violation/Penalty including affirming the assessed penalty against the responsible party, EVA Luxury Homes LLC for unlawfully removing a Heritage Tree on 41 Ridge View Drive.
3. 3 Recommendation : S taff recommends that the Planning Commission deny the Tree Protection Zone Exception requests to accommodate the continued construction of a detached garage and detached ADU.
4. 4 Consideration of amendments to the Town's Heritage Tree Ordinance (HTO) (Atherton Municipal Code Chapters 8.06 and 8.10) and the adopted Heritage Tree Preservation Standards and Specifications .
