5. B Receive and accept the annual Master Plan Report (MLP26-002) for Sacred Heart Schools (SHS), located at 150 Valparaiso (APN 070-390-010) .
6. C Consideration of a Tree Protection Zone Exception (PTPZ26-00005) to accommodate the construction of a new 1,225-square-foot detached garage and a new 1,200-square-foot detached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) at 80 Coghlan Lane (APN 070-040-600) .
7. 7 Planning Commission decisions are appealable by any aggrieved person to the City Council within 10 days of the date of the decision.
