3. A Consideration of a Tree Protection Zone Exception (PTPZ25-00002) to accommodate a new detached garage and pool equipment building at 99 Edwards Lane ( APN 070-211-550 ).
4. B Request for Heritage Tree Removal (HTR25-002) of five (5) Coast Live Oak Heritage trees to construct full site-development of a one-story single-family residence with a basement and various accessory buildings at 170 Atherton Avenue (APN 070-070-280).
5. 6 Planning Commission decisions are appealable by any aggrieved person to the City Council within 10 days of the date of the decision.
