4. B Request for Heritage Tree Removal of one heritage tree to accommodate a remodel of the main residence and construct landscaping at 50 Lilac Drive (APN 061-062-060).
5. 6 Planning Commission decisions are appealable by any aggrieved person to the City Council within 10 days of the date of the decision.
