- (10:00 AM) Consider waiving Governance Manual Sections H(1) and H(2) regarding reconsideration and rescission. If the Board waives sections H(1) and H(2), then consider rescinding the Notice of Termination of Agreement CC90-71 between the County of Alpine and the Historical Society of Alpine County for Museum Services. The Board may consider other options, take related actions and provide direction to staff regarding the Museum, the notice of termination, the Historical Society, and/or the Historical Society lawsuit filed against Alpine County. - CAO
