1. <strong>(10:30 AM) </strong>Consider an agreement between the County of Alpine and the Alpine County Historical Society for the operation of the Alpine County Museum for up to a twelve (12) year term; Authorize the Chair of the Board to execute the most recent draft Agreement submitted after judicially sponsored settlement conferences if the Historical Society executes the Agreement by March 15, 2025; consider a transfer of $90,000 from General Fund Contingency to 100-198 Museum to fund the current deficit and 2025 operations. – County Counsel
