2. Approve Agreement Funding Application with California Department of Public Health in the amount of $704,822.88 for the delivery of the My two Aunties home visitation program for the fiscal year 2024/2025 and authorize Board Chair to sign. - Deputy Director Public Health
3. Accept and approve the California Fire Safe Council grant subaward #498919 in the amount of $151,000 for a term of May 15, 2025 through July 31, 2026 and approve the Community Development Director to execute the grant agreement - Community Development Director ​
4. Approve the purchase of a handheld mass spectrometer chemical detection system for an amount not to exceed $103,596.34, plus applicable sales tax, authorize the CAO (acting as purchasing agent) to sign a purchase order, and waive the provisions of County Code Section 2.32.070. 4/5th vote required. - Chief Probation Officer
5. Approve Contract Amendment # 9 to contract CC2018-24 with the California Association of Environmental Health Administrators for environmental health services increasing the not-to-exceed amount from $150,646.00 to $177,146 for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 only. Deputy Director Public Health.
6. Approve contract amendment number seven for CAO2018-01 with Rodney Craig Goodman Jr., CPA for Department of Finance consulting services for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 for a total contract amount of $100,000. Director of Finance
7. <div>Approve Amendment #7 to contract #CC2022-14 with CG Celio & Sons with an effective date of May 15, 2025, to revise Section V. "Maximum Cost to County" from $659,470.00 to not to exceed $794,737, and to revise Section V. to add California Fire Safe Coordinator Grant number 498919. - Community Development Director
8. Approve Amendment #1 for contract #CC2024-48 with Granite Wellness Center for substance abuse treatment services for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 not to exceed $100,000 annually. These changes include an updated fee schedule and contract language as required by the Department of Health Care Services. - Deputy Director Behavioral Health
9. Approve Amendment #3 to CC2018-23 with Dr. Richard O. Johnson in the amount of $165,000 annually to provide Public Health Officer Services for the fiscal year 2025-2026, with automatic renewals for two consecutive years, and increase the hourly rate to $200 effective July 1, 2025 - Deputy Director Public Health
