Approve fee waiver for the use of the Perry Walther Community Center in the amount of <span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">$7440 </span>by the Bear Valley Music Festival from July 9, 2026 through August 7, 2026 requiring execution of an Indemnification Agreement, evidence of insurance and a $500 deposit. - District 4 Supervisor
3. Approve a Right of Way Contract with the California Department of Transportation for the purchase of a drainage easement from property owned by Alpine County and South Tahoe Public Utility District for $2000; and authorize the Interim CEO to execute the agreement and associated deed documents. - Community Development Director
4. Request approval of a funding agreement with Alpine County Chamber of Commerce in the amount of $65,000.00 for the term ending June 30, 2026, for the purpose of providing visitor information, business support and marketing for Alpine County. - Economic Development Director
5. Approve Amendment 1 to Services Agreement between Alpine County and Sierra Institute for the provision of stakeholder analysis services related to forest health, to revise the scope of work, term, fees, and maximum cost to county, for a new term ending March 31, 2026 and a total contract amount of $44,488.40. - Community Development Director
6. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. CC2023-55 with Data Ticket to update security requirements within the current contract for the term 11/07/2023 - 11/07/2028. - County Clerk
7. Approve the Sheriff's Office to enter into a 5-year contract with Axon Enterprise, Inc. from 7/1/2026 to 6/30/2031 in the amount of $75,345 for the purchase and support of new Body Worn Camera units and accessories and Authorize the Sheriff to sign contract - Sheriff
8. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. CC2024-51 with KingsView Professional Services to provide Electronic Health System support services for the term 12/1/2024 - 6/30/2027 in the amount of $79,531.00 - Deputy Director HHS
9. Dispense with public bidding and approve contract with Alpine County Office of Education to provide Child Abuse Prevention Services at Diamond Valley School Wellness Center for the term of July 1, 2025-June 30, 2029 in the amount of $123,750 per year for a not to exceed amount of $495,000. - HHS Deputy Director
