Accept and approve Amendment 1 to the California Fire Safe Council grant subaward #498919 for an additional $151,500, revising the total grant amount to $303,000, extending the term end date from July 31, 2026 to October 15, 2027, and approve the County Executive Officer to execute the grant agreement - County Executive Officer.

4. Approve contract with California Association of Environmental Health Administrators (CAEHA) for the provision of Environmental Health Services for the term 07/01/2026–06/30/2027 in the amount of $122,026.00 - HHS Director
5. Terminate CC2019-06-Sierra County (Megabyte Property Tax System) and authorize Assessor to provide Sierra County 60 days notice from July 7, 2026, plus reasonable time for mailing, of Alpine County's intent to terminate contract. - Director of Finance
6. Approve Amendment #1 to CC2023-28 between Alpine County and Kyle Neddenriep for Public Defender services, increasing the annual contract rate from $75,000 to $82,000 with an effective date of August 1, 2026 - County Executive Officer.
7. Approve contract with Community Service Solutions for the provision of In-Home Supportive Services Quality Assurance and Provider Registry Support for the term 07/01/2026 - 06/30/2029 in the amount of $375,000.00 and waive the provisions of County Code Section 2.32.070 (Bidding Procedures), consistent with the authority provided under Section 2.32.050(B)(3), because compliance would be futile and doing so is in the best interest of the County. - HHS Deputy Director

Approve contract with Nancy Callahan dba I.D.E.A Consulting Services for the Provision of Consulting Services for the term 07/01/2026 - 06/30/2029 in the amount of $375,000.00 and waive the provisions of County Code Section 2.32.070 (Bidding Procedures), consistent with the authority provided under Section 2.32.050(B)(3), because compliance would be futile and doing so is in the best interest of the County. - HHS Deputy Director
9. <strong>(10:30 AM)</strong> Conduct public Hearing and consider adoption of an Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 663 - 05, and amending the zoning of three parcels to change zoning from PD - Planned Development to C - Commercial (APN 002-270-018, .33 acres), and from PD - Planned Development to RN - Residential Neighborhood (APN 002-270-016 and 002-260-001, 35.83 acres) in Markleeville, CA 96120, File #2026023; including approval of a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Statutory Exemption pursuant to Section 15061 (b)(3). - County Executive Officer
