Also approve waiving the provisions of County Code Section 2.32.070 (Bidding Procedure), consistent with the authority provided under Section 2.32.050(B)(3), because such a purchase is exempt from competitive bidding as it is in the best interest of the County.- Director of Finance
- Approve amendment IV to Contract CC2014-70 between County of Alpine and E Squared C, Inc retroactive to 07/01/2026 to include Continuity of Operations (COOP) services and price adjustments based on consumer price index and actual asset counts resulting in a net annual increase of $675.48 for a total annual not to exceed amount of $330,718.92. - Director of Budget and Procurement
