3. Approve contract with Sierra Child and Family Services Inc. for provision of Family Urgent Response System Service for the term 08/01/2025 - 09/30/2025 in the amount of $75,000.00. - HHS Director
4. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. CC2022-36 with Carole McCulley dba CGM Consulting for the provision of training and consultation services extending the term to 12/31/2026 and increasing the amount of $35,000 for the period 07/01/2026 - 12/31/2026. - HHS DIRECTOR
5. Approve contract with Nancy Callahan dba I.D.E.A Consulting Services for the Provision of Consulting Services for the term 07/01/2026 - 06/30/2029 in the amount of $375,000.00 and waive the provisions of County Code Section 2.32.070 (Bidding Procedures), consistent with the authority provided under Section 2.32.050(B)(3), because compliance would be futile and doing so is in the best interest of the County. 4/5 vote required. - HHS Deputy Director
6. Approve the purchase of a transport van to replace the Bear Valley Fire Department Medical Squad #423 in the amount not to exceed $61,000, authorize the CEO (acting as purchasing agent) to sign a purchase order and approve an increase in appropriations in the same amount. Find that the proposed purchase is exempt from competitive bidding as futile and in the best interest of the county to waive the provisions of County Code Section 2.32.070. 4/5 vote required. - Sheriff
