5. 3-A PLN24-0286 - Administrative Variance - 139 Mecartney Road. Applicant: Joseph Brajkovich and Mohsen Khalaji. A public hearing to consider a Variance due to a remapping of the legal lot lines that will establish the lot as a legal building site, allow a reduction of non-conforming lot size and setbacks, increase allowable lot coverage, and allow reasonable development potential of an oddly shaped lot, pursuant to AMC 30-21.2. The project is categorically exempt from CEQA review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15305 - Class 5 - minor alterations in land use limitations in areas with an average slope of less than 20%, which do not result in any changes in land use or density, including minor lot line adjustments, side yard and setback variances not resulting in the creation of any new parcels. 2024-4349
