- 5-A Public Hearing to Consider Making a Recommendation to City Council to Adopt the 2025 Climate Action and Resiliency Plan (CARP) Mid-Cycle Update and Endorse the 2024 Annual Report. This action is exempt from review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15308 (Actions by Regulatory Agencies for Protection of the Environment).
- 5-B Public Hearing to Review and Comment on 2024 Annual Reports. Review and Comment on the Annual Reports on the General Plan, Transportation Choices Plan, and Vision Zero Action Plan. CEQA Determination: Endorsement of the annual reports is statutorily exempt from environmental review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3). - 5-C PLN24-0614 - 800 Atlantic Avenue - Applicant: City of Alameda Recreation & Parks Department - Public Workshop to discuss Design Review and Use Permit for the proposed Alameda Aquatic Center. The project is located at the western end of the Jean Sweeny Open Space Park near the intersection of Wilma Chan Way and Atlantic Avenue. CEQA Determination: The project is subject to review under the California Environmental Quality Act. No final action on the environmental review, Design Review, or Use Permit will take place at this meeting.
