- 1 A special meeting is being called to allow members of the Public Art Commission (PAC) to attend a walking tour at Washington Park to explore potential sites for future physical public art in the park. NOTE The meeting is being noticed because the City's Sunshine Ordinance requires notice whenever a majority of the Public Art Commission (PAC) may attend a meeting or function organized to discuss matters of public concern. PAC will not be taking any action and the Secretary will not be taking any minutes. Members of the public can attend and offer comment.
- 2 Staff and the Public Art Commission (PAC) will attend a walking tour at Washington Park to explore potential sites for future physical public art in the park. The walking tour will begin at 4:00 pm promptly at the entrance of Washington Park, at the intersection of Central Avenue and 8th street. Please see the attached exhibit for the meeting point.
