Public hearing to consider Design Review and Use Permit Application No. PLN24-0614 to allow the construction of an approximately 32,450 square-foot aquatic center with parking lot, landscaping, and perimeter fencing located at the northwest corner of the Jean Sweeney Open Space Park at 800 Atlantic Avenue. CEQA Determination: The City of Alameda has prepared an Addendum to a Mitigated Negative Declaration pursuant to Section 15164 of the CEQA Guidelines and no further environmental review is required. 2025-5172
