1 A special meeting is being called to allow the City Council to attend a Cartwright Substation Site Visit. PLEASE NOTE: The meeting is being noticed because the City's Sunshine Ordinance requires notice whenever a majority of the City Council may attend a meeting or function organized to discuss matters of public concern.
