The City previously certified an Environmental Impact Report for Alameda Point. Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines sections 15162 and 15163, none of the circumstances necessitating further CEQA review are present. This action is also categorically exempt from further environmental review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15307 (Actions by Regulatory Agencies for Protection of Natural Resources).
