  6. 3-B PLN26-0113- 1825 Webster St - Administrative Use Permit - Applicant: Daniel Hoy for Pak Wheel Alameda Auto Service. A public hearing to consider an Administrative Use Permit to allow an automotive repair and tire service business within an existing approximately 5,600 square foot commercial building that was previously used for automotive repair service. The project also consists of a new four foot tall fence along the perimeter of the property in front of the building. 2026-6019
