5. 3-A PLN26-0112- 1900 Park Street - Administrative Use Permit - Applicant: Daniel Hoy for Alameda Auto Lab. A public hearing to consider an Administrative Use Permit to allow an automotive repair business within an existing approximately 1,800 square foot commercial building and 450 square foot office that were previously used for automotive repair service. The project also consists of a new 5-foot-tall fence along the perimeter of the property. 2026-6209
