Recommendation to Authorizing the City Manager, or Designee, to Execute All Necessary Documents to Accept $1,140,000 Grant Funding from the Ocean Protection Council for Oakland-Alameda Adaptation Planning; Adoption of Resolution Approving the Application for and/or Execution of Grant Funds from the Ocean Protection Council Under the Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Costal Protection Bond Act of 2006 (Proposition 84), Proposition 68, Environmental License Plate Funds, Once Through Cooling, Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, or General Funds; and Adoption of Resolution Increasing the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Revenue and Expenditure Budgets of the Construction Improvement Fund (C71400) by $1,140,000.
