Final Passage of Ordinance Approving a Purchase Option Agreement in Furtherance of the Purchase and Sale of City-Owned Property for Use as the Pacific Fusion Research and Development Facility Site, and Authorizing the City Manager to Negotiate and Execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement and Deed Consistent with the Terms of the Purchase Option.
