On February 4, 2014, the City certified the Alameda Point Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). On a separate and independent basis, in accordance with CEQA, this action is categorically exempt from further environmental review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061 (Common Sense).
