A Special Meeting is being called to allow the City Council to attend the Chamber of Commerce event where the Mayor will deliver the State of the City address. PLEASE NOTE: The meeting is being noticed as required by the City's Sunshine Ordinance. The City Council will not be taking any action and the City Clerk will not be taking any minutes. Members of the public can attend and offer comment.
