1. Approve First Amendment to the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement between the City of Tolleson and Freightliner of Arizona, LLC for the purchase of medium and heavy duty cabs, chassis and busses, and authorize the City Manager to execute and deliver said Agreement. The City desires to amend the existing Agreement to increase the annual aggregate amount from $250,000 to $550,000 for additional services. (Development Services Department)
