- Convene into an executive session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(4) to receive legal advice and discuss and consult with the City Attorney regarding a contract that is the subject of negotiations relating to a nonprofit organization.
- Adopt Resolution No. 2623 of the Mayor and Council of the City of Tolleson, Arizona, authorizing the acquisition of certain real property in the City for public purposes, and authorizing and directing the Mayor, City Manager, and City Attorney to acquire title to Maricopa County Assessor’s Parcel No. 102-49-032, located at the northeast corner of 93rd Avenue and Van Buren Street, Tolleson, Arizona, on behalf of the City by purchase for an amount not to exceed $370,000, plus acquisition and closing costs. - Approve Fifth Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Tolleson and FSL Home Improvements, dba AllThrive365 HI, for owner-occupied home repair services, and authorize the City Manager to execute and deliver said Agreement. The City desires to amend the existing Agreement to increase the General Funds in the amount of $14,000 from the Housing Services – Housing Rehabilitation Budget to cover project soft costs, including administrative fees and expenses, rehabilitation specialist, labor, and travel mileage.
