- Approve/Deny Sixth Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Tolleson and FSL Home Improvements, dba AllThrive365 HI, for owner-occupied home repair services, and authorize the City Manager to execute and deliver said Agreement. The City desires to amend the existing Agreement to extend the term through October 1, 2027, increase the commercial general liability insurance limits, and amend the Housing Services – Housing Rehabilitation Budget to a total amount of $555,000, consisting of $425,000 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and $130,000 in City funds, to cover program costs, including construction, hazardous materials abatement, temporary relocation, administrative expenses, rehabilitation specialist, and management fees.
