- Convene into an executive session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(4) to receive legal advice and discuss and consult with the City Attorney regarding a contract that is the subject of negotiations relating to joint use of school facilities and funding.
- Adopt/Deny Resolution 2625 of the Mayor and Council of the City of Tolleson, Arizona, approving the First Amendment of the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Tolleson and Tolleson Elementary School District No. 17 to include expenditure of funding for students with disabilities and authorizing the City Manager to execute said Agreement. (City Management Department)
- Approve First Amendment to the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement between the City of Tolleson and Sea-Western, Inc., for public safety uniform gear and equipment, and authorize the City Manager to execute and deliver said Agreement. The City desires to amend the existing Agreement to increase annual aggregate compensation from $100,000 to $200,000 for additional gear and equipment and to extend the term through June 30, 2029.
