- Adopt Resolution No. 2642 of the Mayor and Council of the City of Tolleson, Arizona, authorizing the City to enter into the Arizona Water and Wastewater Agency Response Network (AZWARN) Mutual Aid Agreement for emergency mutual aid services related to water and wastewater utilities, including the sharing of personnel, equipment, and resources during emergency situations, and authorizing the City Manager to execute the Agreement. - Adopt/Deny Ordinance No. 630 N.S. of the Mayor and Council of the City of Tolleson, Arizona, amending the Tolleson City Code, Chapter 11 Wastewater, by amending Article 11-2 Applications, Permits, Plans and Inspections, Section 11-2-2 Wastewater Discharge Permit to remove the 12-month limitation on industrial wastewater discharge permits in order to provide flexibility in permit durations consistent with federal pretreatment program requirements, providing for repeal of conflicting ordinances, and authorizing all actions necessary to carry out the purpose of the ordinance. - Adopt Resolution No. 2643 of the Mayor and Council of the City of Tolleson, Arizona, authorizing the submission of a grant proposal to the Tohono O’odham Nation relating to economic development and other priority areas established by the Nation, and authorizing the acceptance of any resulting grant. (Development Services Department)
