1. Approve the First Amendment to the Purchase Contract between the City of Tolleson and Schulte Real Estate Management Corp. for the sale of City-owned property located at the northeast corner of 91st Avenue and Van Buren Street, identified as Maricopa County Assessor Parcel No. 102-48-263, and authorize the City Manager to execute and deliver said Amendment. The Amendment extends the Buyer's Due Diligence Period for an additional nine (9) months (270 days), beginning September 8, 2026 and ending June 5, 2027. All other terms of the Purchase Contract shall remain in full force and effect. (Development Services Department)

5. Public Hearing – Soliciting comments from interested parties regarding Rezone Application PNZ-26-0021, submitted by the applicant and property owner, Costco Wholesale Corporation, to rezone approximately 10.55 acres located along the east side of 91st Avenue and north of Buckeye Road from Planned Area Development (PAD) to Light Industrial (I-1). The rezone would allow the subject property, identified as APN 101-12-739, to be combined with Costco’s existing lot. Proclamation declaring September 15 through October 15, 2026 as Hispanic Heritage Month in the City of Tolleson, recognizing the essential role of the Hispanic and Latino community in Tolleson’s history, growth, and identity and honoring generations of leadership, public service, entrepreneurship, education, arts, and civic participation that continue to enrich our community. – Pilar Sinawi, Deputy City Manager
7. Discuss and consider the reappointments of Jimmy Davis, Wendi Sears, Marlena Pina, and Kino Flores as the Board of Directors of the Tolleson Alliance Against Substance Abuse (TAASA) to serve a term from October 1, 2026 through October 1, 2028. (City Council)
8. Approve Claims and Bills Report for the period of August 19, 2026 to September 1, 2026. (Finance Department)
9. Proclamation declaring September 2026 as Prostate Cancer Awareness Month in the City of Tolleson, recognizing those affected by prostate cancer and encouraging residents to learn about risk factors, support patients and survivors, and consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding individual health and screening decisions. – George Good, Chief of Social Impact
