3. Consideration and action pertaining to the award of the Arts and Cultural Advisory Commission's Grant Program funding recommendation for Fiscal Year 2023.
4. Consideration and action pertaining to the award of the Council Subcommittee on Community Outreach, Partnerships and Grants recommendation for the Surprise Community Outreach Program funding for Fiscal Year 2023.
