- Consideration and action pertaining to approval of an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2023 budget by reallocating appropriations of $4,000 within the Grants Fund from Contingency to Salaries in Project G54102 in order to accept a distribution from the Michael Phelps Foundation for the reimbursement of expenses related to implementing the Michael Phelps IM program; Resolution #2023-81.
