2. Consideration and action authorizing the City Manager to amend the FY2026 Budget to reinstate P65370 - Waddell Rd. Fiber Optic Connection project and move budget in the amount of $500,000 and revise the Contract Awarding Authority List to complete the grant funded project. Resolution 2025-111.
