Approval of City Contract No. 2021-135A2, an Amendment to City Contract No. 2021-135 a Lease Agreement Between the City of Prescott & Prescott Regional Opportunity Fund Amending the Lease by Removing the Bottom Floor of the Building from Lease on the Property Located at 218 S Marina St, Prescott, Arizona.
  2. Approval of Purchase of Automotive Fuel Dispensing Updates with Cochise Fueling Solutions in the Fuel Farm at Prescott Regional Airport - Ernest A. Love Field in an amount not to exceed $61,840.85. Funding for this project will be reimbursed by the ARPA or CRSSA grant funds, which are funded 100% by the FAA (no local match). The funds will originate out of the Airport Fund.
  3. Second Public Hearing for the Alternative Expenditure Limit "Home Rule" Ballot Proposition and, at a Special Meeting Adoption of Resolution No. 2025-1915 Proposing an Extension of the Alternative Expenditure Limitation and Approving Ballot Language.1) Recommended Action: MOVE to close the public hearingMayor Goode will recess the Regular Meeting at the conclusion of the Public Hearing and Convene a Special Meeting per A.R.S. 41-563.01 to Adopt Resolution No. 2025-1915 Proposing an Extension of the Alternative Expenditure Limitation and Approving the Ballot Language for the August 5, 2025 Primary Election.PURSUANT TO A.R.S. 38-431.02, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO THE MEMBERS OF THE PRESCOTT CITY COUNCIL AND TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRESCOTT, ARIZONA WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.A.
