  2. Approval of City Contract No. 2021-110A17, an Amendment to City Contract No. 2021-110 with Cintas for the Purchase and Services of AEDs & First Aid Kits at all City Facilities and AED's in Police Vehicles in the Annual Amount of $175,000. Funding is Budgeted and Available in the Facilities and Police Funds.
  3. Approval of City Contract No. 2027-037 with Vincere Physicians Group PLLC for Firefighter Occupational Health Screening in an Amount not to Exceed $450,000.00. Funding is Available in the Fire Department Budget.
  4. Adoption of Multiple Resolutions Related to School Resource Officer (SRO) Service IGAs as Follows: 1) Resolution No. 2026-2001 Approving City Contract No. 2027-049 with Prescott Unified School District (PUSD) for SRO Services at Mile High Middle School; 2) Resolution No. 2026-2002 Approving City Contract No. 2027-050 with PUSD for SRO Services at Granite Mountain Upper Elementary School; and 3) Resolution No. 2026-2003 Approving City Contract No. 2027-051 with PUSD for SRO Services at Prescott High School. Funding is Available in the General Fund with a 75% Contribution from PUSD for Mile High Middle School and Granite Mountain Upper Elementary School SROs and 50% Contribution from PUSD for the Prescott High School SRO.
  5. <strong><u>CONTINUED ITEM:</u> </strong>Approval of City Contract No. 2027-044, with Fann Contracting for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Pre-Construction Services for the Effluent and Wastewater Pipelines & SR89 Improvements Alternative 2C Project in the Amount of $358,208.00. Funding is Budgeted & Available in the FY27 Wastewater and Street Funds.
  6. Adoption of Ordinance No. 2026-1960 Approving the Purchase of Multiple Parcels Adjacent to Prescott Regional Airport - Ernest A. Love Field as Follows: 1) City Contract No. 2027-057, a Purchase Agreement Between the City of Prescott & Crosswind Leasing LLC and Resolution No. 2026-2006 Directing Inclusion of Purchased Parcels into the Airport Lands; and 2) City Contract No. 2027-058, a Purchase Agreement Between the City of Prescott and Air & Land Company, LLC and Resolution No 2026-2007 Directing Inclusion of Purchased Parcels in the Airport Lands.<br><strong>AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRESCOTT, YAVAPAI COUNTY, ARIZONA, APPROVING CITY CONTRACT NO. 2027-057, A LAND PURCHASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PRESCOTT (BUYER) AND CROSSWIND LEASING LLC (SELLER) FOR THE PURCHASE OF 4.18 ACRES KNOWN AS APN NO. 103-01-026N, AND CITY CONTRACT 2027-058, A LAND PURCHASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF PRESCOTT (BUYER) AND AIR & LAND COMPANY LLC (SELLER) FOR THE PURCHASE OF 1.61 ACRES KNOWN AS APN NO. 103-01-026S</strong>
