Funding is Budgeted & Available via WeCom Reimbursement in Accordance with City Contract No. 2026-063 Section 5.6.
  2. Approval of City Contract No. 2027-042 Between the City of Prescott and Lifeline Ambulance Services, Inc. for Ambulance Transportation Services.
  3. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Approval of City Contract No. 2008-291A3, an Amendment to City Contract No. 2008-291 with the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, for Navigational Aids, Weather Equipment and Air Traffic Control Tower improvements on Prescott Regional Airport – Ernest A. Love Field Lands.
  4. Approval of City Contract No. 2027-066 with Evergreen Solutions to Conduct a Citywide Classification and Compensation Study in the Amount of $54,500.00. Funding is Budgeted & Available in the HR Department Budget.
  5. Adoption of Resolution No. 2026-2009 Approving the Transfer of Certain Fiscal Year 2026 Budget Appropriations.
  6. National Friends of Libraries Week - October 18-24, 2026
  7. Presentation, Discussion & Possible Action Regarding the Approval of the Final Rodeo/Fairgrounds Master Plan.
  8. <span style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>FNP24-003:</strong> Final Plat of Peregrine Ridge at Prescott Lakes PAD Subdivision, a 48-lot Subdivision on a 26.44 Acre Parcel Located East off of Prescott Lakes Parkway via Smoke Tree Lane Extension.
  9. Approval of Meeting Minutes from the September 22, 2026 Executive Session, the September 22, 2026 Study Session, the September 22, 2026 Voting Meeting, and the October 5, 2026 Special Study Session.
